Why I chose Ball State

There are many reasons why I chose to come to Ball State this year. The main reason that I chose Ball State is for the Teacher's college since my major is Early Childhood Special Education. The program gets you started in the classroom early which I thought was important. I also liked the size of campus. It wasn't too big or too small. Ball State is only about 45 minutes from my home so it isn't a bad drive if I want to go home for the weekend. One of my sister's goes to Ball State so I had come to visit her often over the past years and really learned my way around the campus. She also told me about how great is was a how great all the professors are. Even though most of my friends are at Purdue this year, I am glad that I chose Ball State.
